Are you looking for a physician in Southwest Florida?  We are a small primary care practice that can service both you and your children!

Our company was established in 2003 and has been responsible for providing outstanding medical care to Charlotte County families ever since. We are a multi-specialty practice which specializes in the areas of Pediatrics, Internal Medicine, and Geriatrics; so no matter what your age our doctors can take care of all of your family's needs. 

Drs. Luis and Ena Casanova have been practicing in Port Charlotte, Florida for over 25 years.  Dr. Luis cares for those 18 and older while Dr. Ena is a pediatrician treating newborns through age 18.

We accept a multitude of insurances, both PPOs and HMOs.  We accept Medicare and Medicare replacement plans, as well as, Healthy Kids Aetna Better Health.  We do not accept Medicaid or Medicaid HMOs Please call our office to see if we have a contract with your particular plan.

This website is meant to provide you with information on how to contact us and where we are.  We also have a link for patient payments and our patient portal, where you can view your past and up-coming appointments and update your demographic information.  We have also provided some of our most commonly used forms that include those for new patients and those that wish to establish a payment plan.
